OMG...I look like that???

Do you look in the mirror and think, mmmm.....not bad?
And then....get a picture taken in the local newspaper and shriek in absolute horror that you've turned into shrek. When did this transformation occur? I knew I was putting on weight and was struggling to fit into the non-plus size clothes....but seriously?? Where did I go????
So here begins my adventure on Duromine.
Day 1- the "normal" reactions, loads of energy, dull headache, couldn't multi skill as usual-scattered, difficulties staying...

OMG...I look like that???

I have tried twice and keep getting mixed numbers and I think it is because I might be measuring in a slightly different spot every time.
Im losing weight but my measurements are all over the place.
how do I measure properly?

I am a 21 year old female I weigh 111kg and I'm quite short. I started duromine about 8 days ago. I have lost nothing not even a gram. I exercise, I've cut down on my food intake, I drink water and I have lost nothing. Am i doing something wrong? Please do help as this thing is quite expensive and I don't want to be wasting my time. The only side effects are dry mouth and throat. I am feeling quite depressed and very low. Please do help

Hey all,

I am 85kgs and I am 1.6m tall. I have to lose close to 30kgs. Today is Day 1. Not hungry bt have a lightheaded feeling and a headache. Im on the 30mg. Any tips or ideas or how to do this? eating plans will be helpful.

First of all so glad to have found such an amazing support group and forum. It will really help with this journey!

A little about me..

I am 29, Australian girl and work in a fast moving corporate job.. I was never the 'skinny' girl but up until my mid 20's sat around 80kg.. now almost 30 I can see I have ignored my health and need to do something about this! I travel a lot for work.. this comes along with eating out a lot, social drinks, buffet breakfast...

I guess for me, I have...

so far so good,i took measurements 8 days ago and i have lost a total of 7cm! i can see a noticeable difference, everything has changed, my relationship with food has changed, i now need to remember to eat, its great, im eating so well too :) cant wait to weigh in Tuesday

sleepless night on day 1

Dear all. I am still not slping at this timing. The pill keep me awake the whole time. Guess I ate it after lunch that was Why I encountered sleepless night. I will eat earlier in the day and see how it goes tmr. Am really happy to chance upon this forum. Can I Still lose Weight Just by cutting down on diet and not exercise? i have lost 9kg from dieting and exercising last 6 mths. Hiya my names Mallissa and I'm 22 years old. Hi.....

Today, I'm on duromine for 4 weeks and so far so good.... started this weight loss journey at 95kg on the 3 July 2014 not thinking that anything would come of it, as I've tried most diets you can think of and I never completed any of it, not to mention all the money I've wasted over the years trying theses different diets. I'm proud to say that with this morning's weigh in I have lost a total of 8kg in 1 month :)..... To most people 8kg is not a lot but I cant even start to explain...

Hi my name is Zirkia i'm 20 years old I just started using duromine on monday and didn't get any side effects so I was worried it wouldn't work because nearly all the success stories I'f read about duromine said they had alot of energy and had like a buzz, I felt tired. So I decided to weigh my self just to see if its working and I lost 2kg I was so exited.

After I had my daughter a year ago I gained 20kg due to a c-section I know its not an excuse but after that I battled to loose weight but...

Duromine and Morning after pill

Hi,

I recently started on Duromine (2nd July 2014) and a few days thereafter i used the morning after pill (7th July 2014). My period was due round about the 9th July and i still did not get it. I am over 2 weeks late with my period and i am not sure if duromine affects your periods in any way. Or..is it possible for duromine to have cancelled out the morning after pill.

Please help, i dont want to buy a HPT only to find out that the duromine might have affected my period.

Ok, so week 1 over and I purposely haven't being weighing in every day as your weight fluctuates so much..
I can't pull myself together to get on those scales. (what the??) At the start of the week I was excited to find out how 1 week went, but now the week has passed, I'm a raving crazy woman!!!
I'm worried that if I haven't lost anything, I'll give up and return to bad habits and feel what a waste....but...then again, the house and the kids have been sprung cleaned to an inch of their...
