Started on Duromine 30mg today.
I need to lose about 50 kg, so this is going to be a lengthy journey.
I know exactly what I need to do, but have never been able to stick to a diet for any length of time. I eat too much.![:oops:]( "Oops! :oops:")
Simple as that. I'm hoping that Duromine will help me develop new lifelong habits Or at least kick start me into getting healthier.
