My Weight Loss Challenge

Hi everyone,
Been awhile since I've been on here. I went off Duromine ages ago with out giving it a proper go but now I'm back to challenge myself.

I am serious about losing weight!!!!! I want to be healthy and thinner.
I will update as much as I can
Here are my starting numbers:
16th September 2013
Weight- 116.6kg
Waist- 117.5cm
Bum- 130cms
