Hey guys I've been getting into this forum page quite a lot since I have found it and I have noticed a common theme come up on a lot of posts... people are getting a little down about the amount on the scales even though they are exercising quite frequently and eating well... just a thought but please before you get disheartened start taking measurements, you might actually be building muscle (yay) from all the exercise that's been happening, and sings as muscle is denser than fat it weighs...
