When I was at my GPs getting my duromine prescription- she said if I can't handle the side effects at the start to just take it every second. She only prescribed duromine30 as that's what she has seen the best results with. Yesterday was my first day and Intended to take it every but the side effects I experienced aren't overly pleasant so I've I'm going to follow her recommendation to take it every second day. I only have 10kgs or so to loose after hitting my plateau with exercise and diet....
