No2 Maximus Do as many sets and repetitions as you can during your training. Do fifteen lifts at the minimum with a break of a minute or less in between. The lactic acid in your muscles will continue to flow and as a result, muscle growth will be stimulated. By keeping the breaks to about a minute, the lactic acid doesn't have a chance to dissipate. This will give the best results.
