Not that I wasn't taking it seriously but I just realised that I'm near the end of week 4 now and have only lost 6.4kgs!
To begin, I hurt myself on the first week and was pretty much immobile that entire week and haven't been allowed to do any exercise until now, no weights just light cardio for the next 2-3 weeks.
Then I went out of town for a week for a funeral and I forgot to pack my duromine!
So now it's the long weekend (in NZ) and I've decided not to go away so I won't be tempted...
Need to take this seriously now....
