Side effect difference between Duromine 30mg and 40mg

Hi everyone. I went to my doctors for a check up after being on Duromine 30mg for a month and he's decided to up the dose to Duromine 40mg.
Does anyone know if there are any different side effects?
All I really got with Duromine 30mg was a dry mouth
