Im 31yrs old living in South Africa, hoping to lose 10-12kg, so that I can feel good about myself again![:)]( "Smile :)")
I took my first capsule this morning and feeling good, a bit dizzy/spacey but nothing too bad!
I would really appreciate any diet and exercise tips that have worked for you, as I am trying my best to break some pretty bad eating habits like bingeing on cookies and chocolate, and overeating in general!...
