So I'm not new to duromine, I have used is successfully before and lost 19kgs, post having my son. I went back to work last September , and working fulltime, having 3 kids I have had no time for exercise anymore, I went from exercising 5 days a week for at least an hour to nothing , being stuck at desk in a highly demanding job and gained 8 -10 kgs since September last year. I feel horrible none of my clothes fit anymore . which is so depressing ...... So here I am again on day 1...
