So second week done and dusted. Stuck to the diet completely by the book. 3 x optifast shakes and 2-4 cups of veggies per day. Hand on heart I haven't cheated! I just want to really emphasise that because when I've done diets before I've always cheated. But was always in denial and never understood why I wasn't losing weight. It's all a mental mind game you play against yourself!! I'm pretty proud that I've made it this far and not cheated once! I'm finally taking ownership and doing it...
