First Weigh in Week 2

Hi All,

I just wanted to let you all know my great news.

1st weight in - 2 weeks in, feeling fantastic, no side affects and I was amazed I am 6kg down.

I've not started excising yet as wanted to see how I got on energy wise .... I have another weigh in on the 1st October and the Doctor was really pleased with my progress so far....

I had a few Cesar salads and a few sour sweets along the way too which obviously haven't hindered my weight loss so far.
